We develop a comprehensive specification and issue a detailed, itemised contract sum, not a ballpark. European material pricing is locked at tender stage to protect you from market fluctuation.

Procurement & Logistics

We mobilise our international supply chain, handling customs, freight, and on site delivery coordination across all markets. Every item is tracked and QC inspected before installation.

Delivery & Handover

Crown's senior project team deploys on site for all critical phases. Weekly reporting, milestone photography, and direct access to your Crown director throughout, from mobilisation to white glove handover.

Based in the UAE and operating across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman, Hamzari Group brings British project management discipline to the region. The team operates in both Arabic and English, understands local customs and protocols, and serves as the on ground arm for every Crown international commission in the Gulf.
