Crown Building is a leading UK main contractor, delivering exceptional craftsmanship, innovative solutions, and outstanding customer service since our founding in 2013.

Crown Building was founded in 2013 and is led by Hamzah Iqbal, Managing Director, whose team brings over 30 years' combined experience managing complex builds and high value refurbishments. Experience built before the company was formed and carried into every project since. We work with private individuals, families, investors, developers, SMEs, HNW entities, and multinational corporations.

Our specialisations span new builds, luxury refurbishments, conversions, and specialist healthcare facilities, with a consistent presence in the UK, Middle East, and the United States.

Our registered home is in Watford, and alongside our prime London work we deliver projects throughout the county as prime residential builders in Watford and Hertfordshire.

Hamzah Iqbal, Managing Director

Hamzah Iqbal leads Crown Building as Managing Director, directing the company across prime residential, listed and commercial work from the practice's Watford headquarters. Every enquiry is reviewed at director level, and directors attend site rather than managing from a dashboard: the operating principle behind our decision to take on fewer projects and staff them properly.
